The concept is very advanced for Latin American countries and poor nations in the planet, but this takes place in developed countries, and against all odds we inaugurated the first Social Business School ( ENS/SBS ) www.ensglobal.org  in Constitucion - Chile, led by Bernardo Javalquinto economist from the University of Maryland, Felipe Ribbeck, Electrical Engineer and members of Board, together with the President of the Maule Technological Institute (CFTM ) www.cftdelmaule.cl , Carlos Francisco Letelier, have taken an important step in this initiative supporting the ideas of Prof. Yunus to solve the Global Social Problems. Better yet is the first to issue a Certificate / Diploma and MBA in Social Business in the world. Each step is historic since is the First Social Business MBA program issued on the planet. We should feel very proud to be the first (founders) to clone and translate the ideas of Nobel Peace Prize Prof. Yunus to hundreds of students to eradicate poverty and change the way we do business and the economy being more humane and also that expands worldwide. Universities, institutions, organizations and people are joining this cause. Constitucion is leaving a legacy to the Maule Region and humanity. This has been a formidable ordeal, which supported by a wonderful team of people, which north is carrying as the heart and the brain’s of people the initial example of prof. Yunus and many more celebrities in the world, we have designed a large lighthouse of scientific and technological knowledge, we call it the “the new Alexandria lighthouse” to be the permanent beacon to illuminate and forge a new and high destiny; first for the youth of Constitucion, Chile and Latin America and later, why not say, in many other parts of the world.

Everything here, obviously invisible to many; is palpable and visible to others, covers only half of the equation we have considered in the creation of this noble and humanitarian nonprofit project. Our concept, every impulse that has designed to uplift mankind, can and would represent a equation that involves two bodies or well defined fields: first, composed by men and women, and the other by the material of science and technology, we must learn to wield those for own good and for all humanity.

If, by chance, the most advanced techniques and the most accomplished of knowledge are delivered to beings not properly formed, the science and the technology is not be assimilated or, even worse, will be used for purposes dwarfed and misled or disorder their purpose serving highly destructive. The company must cover all costs and benefits, while achieving a social objective, such as health assistance for poor housing, financial services, poor nutrition, malnourished children, clean drinking water supply, the introduction to renewable energy, environment, climate change and more, in a normal business enterprise, but that benefits society.

Seven Principles of Social Business:

1. Business objective will be to overcome poverty, or one or more problems (such as education, health, access to technology and environment) which threaten people and society.

4. When investment amount is amortized, and the company benefits some may stay with the company for expansion and improvement.

5. Environmentally conscious

6. Workforce with better working conditions and salaries higher market

7. And make it enjoyable

Make more humane capitalism. In our economic system, at the present there are two main approaches in organizations. The first is the private sector, where companies sell

products or services to make money. However, there are issues important in our societies that are not covered by the private sector, and they do not offer opportunities for profit. This usually leads to government interventions to create legal and institutional frameworks to promote the common good and to protect the interests of the weak members of society. When governments and markets reach their limits, the charities can fill the void. The problem is, of course, that the system does not work well enough. We live in a world of terrible injustice and widespread poverty. Governments and charities have the will to improve, but lack of efficiency and innovative capacity of the private sector. Why not combine the both sides? We follow normal business methods with the task of solving social problems such as poverty and create – The social enterprises! It will be a completely new type way of making business. Until now it has always been self-centered, founded with the purpose of making money. Unlike traditional business social business operates for the benefit of social needs enable companies to operate more efficiently, productive and competitive. The social enterprise provides the necessary framework for to all of us to address social problems by combining know-how with the desire to improve the quality of life. Therefore, in Instead of being self-centered, social business has to do with others. This method has demonstrated the effectiveness of this new type of business: it is clear to focus on poverty eradication, combined with their extreme economic sustainability, and has generated numerous models with incredible growth potential. Constitution opted to replicate the paradigm that is being applied in the world successfully.
